Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

Return period

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in its original packaging

  • in the same condition as when received

  • accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note:

  • Custom or handmade items (such as poured candles or wax melts) cannot be returned once opened or used, due to their handmade nature.

     

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, essential oils and other opened personal care items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Contact us at info@studiomarosi.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund it as soon as possible.
